Our yoga and movement retreat programs cater to individuals seeking a tranquil escape for a few days or weeks. Select your preferred dates and enhance your experience with optional services like massages, reiki, sound baths, and horse meditation.
In this retreat we combine the sacred practice of yoga with free body movement sessions, in order to rejuvenate your body and mind in a funny and light way.
Enjoy our pool, our animals, our yoga and movement classes and indulge yourself in the extras like massages and reiki healing sessions.
In this retreat, you’ll have the opportunity to experience firsthand the transformative effects of yoga on your nervous system. Through guided movement sessions, invigorating yoga classes, and calming pranayama exercises, you’ll embark on a journey to cultivate inner peace and balance.
To complement your retreat experience, indulge in delicious vegetarian meals crafted by our talented chef.
SCHEDULE
DAY 1
Check in – Rooms will be ready from 15.00 but please let us know if you will be arriving early so we can coordinate access before.
- 18:00 Yoga practice (75 minutes)
- 19:00 Meditative silent walk through vineyards (optional)
- 20:00 Dinner served with welcome local Penedès cava
DAY 2
- 09:00 Yoga practice (75 minutes)
- 11:00 Vegetarian brunch
- 12:00 Siesta, pool time or extra activities (horse meditation, reiki, soundhealing, massage, etc)
- 15:00 Snack
- 18:00 Yoga practice (75 minutes)
- 20:00 Dinner
- 21:00 Dance on the rooftop under the stars
DAY 3
- 08:00 Hike to waterfalls followed by yoga practice on site, picnic brunch
- 12:00 Siesta, pool time or extra activities (horse meditation, reiki, soundhealing, massage, etc)
- 13:00 Free body movement in music
- 15:00 Snack
- 18:00 Yoga Nidra
- 20:00 Dinner served with wine
DAY 4
- 09:00 Hatha yoga practice (75 minutes)
- 12:00 Siesta, pool time or extra activities (horse meditation, reiki, soundhealing, massage, etc)
